We encourage all patients to attend the surgery wherever possible. If you wish to request a home visit, then please contact the surgery before 11.30am. All requests for a home visit will be triaged by an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or a GP. Please remember that several patients can be seen at the practice in the time it takes for one home visit.
