For more detailed information - please also click on our Home page. The pop-up page will give you links to take you to the latest updated information including:

Face Coverings – Although it is not a legal requirement in health care settings for people to wear a face covering, Government advice says you should wear a face covering in enclosed spaces if you can, including places such as primary care services. A patient will not be refused entry to a premises or access to care if they are unable to, or refuse to, wear a covering but patients are encouraged to wear them.

Please also see the link below for when to wear a mask, how to make your own and exemptions.

Self-isolation

If you have symptoms or have tested positive for coronavirus, you’ll usually need to self-isolate for at least 10 days.

You’ll usually need to self-isolate for 14 days if:

  • Someone you live with has symptoms or tested positive
  • Someone in your support bubble has symptoms or tested positive
  • You’ve been told by NHS Test and Trace that you’ve been in contact with someone who has coronavirus.

Need a self-isolation note? – If you have been told to self-isolate because of coronavirus and you need a note for your employer, please follow the link on the home page – do not ring the surgery.
